Introduction:
Polypropylene Flame Retardant Mflam TC100 is a halogen-free intumescent flame retardant specially used for polyolefins. It is phosphorus and nitrogen based FR, environment ecofriendly. It has high efficient flame retardancy, good thermal stability, no precipitation, good water resistance, light aging resistance and low smoke and non-toxicity. PP with 25-30% Mflam TC100 can reach UL 94 V-0 (1.6mm). Polypropylene Flame Retardant Mflam TC100 can also be used in glass fiber reinforced PP, and can reach UL 94 V-0 (0.8mm).

Remarks:
(1) The initial thermal decomposition temperature of Mflam TC100 in air is about 280 °C, so the processing temperature of the twin-screw can be adjusted according to the specific conditions to enhance the dispersion and enhance the plasticization effect. A certain degree of hollowness must be maintained during the twin-screw extrusion process.
(2) When Mlam TC100 is used in PP, it is not recommended to use a combination of strong shear screws.
