Description :
2 Ton Electric Chain Hoist is a light and small lifting equipment, which consisted of motor, transmission mechanism , chain wheel , load chain and hooks . ALLMAN supply superior quality electric chain hoist from 500kg to 20ton . Hoist working duty reaching M4 level . Protection grade IP54 . The chain hoist motor is compatible for wide voltage range , from 220V to 690V .
As per customer's particular requirement , the hoist can be also equipped with special protection device like trolley travel limit switch , overload protection limiter , rain cover , wireless remote control etc . In this way , ALLMAN hoist can meet different demands .
Features
-Easy operation: fully contactorised with high rated contactors and pendant controls; both fitted with mechanical interlocks and 24 Volt control.
-Safety Limits: full current and shunt limit switches operate in both directions of hook travel.
-European-style hook: heat treated high quality steel, not easy to break, safety tongue design, can prevent goods from falling off, better safety performance.
-Stable working performance .
-Less Maintenance: The chain guide and sprocket of 2 Ton Electric Chain Hoist are easily accessed from the outside of the hoist, and the electrical components are all plug-and-play connections for quick inspections and replacements.
